 నిలిచిన 63,518 పోస్టుల భర్తీ20 లక్షల మంది నిరుద్యోగుల ఎదురుచూపులు ‘రాష్ట్ర విభజన’ పరిణామాలతో పట్టించుకోని ప్రభుత్వం ఏపీపీఎస్సీ కోరినా స్పష్టత ఇవ్వని వైనం పోటీ పరీక్షలకు సిద్ధంగా ఉన్న అభ్యర్థుల్లో అయోమయం వేలు వెచ్చించి శిక్షణ పొందినా ఫలితం లేక ఆవేదన హైదరాబాద్: రాష్ట్రంలో ఉద్యోగాల భర్తీకి పూర్తిస్థాయిలో ఫుల్స్టాప్ పడింది. 63,518 పోస్టుల భర్తీకి ఆర్థికశాఖ అనుమతించినా ఫలితం లేకుండా పోయింది. నోటిఫికేషన్ల జారీకి సాంకేతికంగా అడ్డంకులు లేకపోయినా.. రాష్ట్ర విభజన నిర్ణయం నేపథ్యంలో నెలకొన్న గందరగోళంతో ప్రభుత్వం ఈ విషయం పట్టించుకోవడం లేదు. నోటిఫికేషన్లను జారీ చేయాలా? వద్దా? అని ఏపీపీఎస్సీ ప్రభుత్వానికి లేఖ రాసి రెండు నెలలు గడిచినా ఇంతవరకు ఎలాంటి స్పందనా లేదు. ఏపీపీఎస్సీ చైర్మన్ సీఆర్ బిశ్వాల్ రెండురోజుల కిందట ముఖ్యమంత్రి కిరణ్కుమార్రెడ్డిని కలిశారు. అయినా నోటిఫికేషన్ల జారీ అంశంపై స్పష్టత రాలేదు. ప్రస్తుత పరిస్థితుల్లో ఓపెన్ కోటా భర్తీ విషయంలో అపోహలు వస్తాయనే ఉద్దేశంతోనే నోటిఫికేషన్ల జారీని పక ్కనబెట్టినట్లు అధికారులు పేర్కొంటున్నా.. |
ఈజిప్టు సంక్షోభం - సైన్యం తిరుగుబాటు
 ప్రజాస్వామ్యబద్ధంగా ఎన్నికలు జరిగి కొత్త ప్రభుత్వం ఏర్పడిన ఏడాదికే ఈజిప్టు మరోసారి సంక్షోభంలో మునిగిపోయింది. సుమారు రెండున్నర సంవత్సరాల క్రితం ముబారక్ పాలనకు చరమగీతం పాడి ప్రజాస్వామ్యపథంలోకి అడుగుపెట్టిన ఈజిప్ట్ మళ్లీ సంక్షోభంలోకి జారిపోయింది. 2012 జూన్ లో జరిగిన ఎన్నికల్లో గెలిచి ప్రజాస్వామ్యబద్ధంగా అధ్యక్షుడిగా ఎన్నికై పదవీ బాధ్యతలు చేపట్టిన మహమ్మద్ మోర్సీ పదవి ఏడాదిన్నరలోనే ముగిసింది. అయనను జులై 3న సైన్యం పదవీచ్యుతుడ్ని చేసింది. ముస్లిం బ్రదర్ హుడ్ ప్రభుత్వాన్ని కూలదోసి, దేశ రాజ్యాంగాన్ని రద్దు చేసి ఈజిప్టు ప్రధాన న్యాయమూర్తి అడ్లీ మన్సూర్ ను తాత్కాలిక అధ్యక్షుడిగా నియమించారు. ఈ పరిణామాలను మోర్సీ మద్దతుదార్లు సైనిక తిరుగుబాటుగా అభివర్ణిస్తే, సైన్యం మద్దతుదార్లు, మోర్సీ వ్యతిరేకులు మాత్రం విప్లవంగా ప్రకటించారు. |

Krishnaiah, web counseling was taken up in six places including Hyderabad, Waranagal, Visakhapatnam, Guntur, Anantapur and Tirupati and candidates from various parts of the state attended the process.  దేశంలోనే మనది రెండోస్థానం ఓయూలో అత్యధికులు తొలిస్థానంలో కర్ణాటకసాక్షి, హైదరాబాద్: విదేశీ విద్యార్థుల ఆకర్షణలో మన రాష్ట్రం దేశంలో రెండోస్థానంలో ఉంది. పూర్వం తక్షశిల విశ్వవిద్యాలయంలో చదువుకునేందుకు సుదూర దేశాల నుంచి విద్యార్థులు తరలివచ్చేవారని చరిత్ర చెబుతోంది. తర్వాత పరిస్థితి మారి మన దేశ విద్యార్థులు విదేశాల్లో విద్యనభ్యసించడంపై మోజు పెంచుకున్నా.. మన దేశంలో చదువుకునేందుకు కూడా ఇతర దేశాల నుంచి విద్యార్థులు రావడం గత కొన్నేళ్లుగా కొనసాగుతోంది. ఏటా వీరి సంఖ్య పెరుగుతుండడం శుభపరిణామం. కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం ఇటీవల నిర్వహించిన ఓ తాజా సర్వే ప్రకారం 2010-11లో మన దేశంలోని వివిధ విద్యాసంస్థల్లో ప్రవేశాలు పొందిన విదేశీ విద్యార్థుల సంఖ్య 27,531. ప్రపంచవ్యాప్తంగా 153 దేశాల నుంచి విద్యార్థులు తరలివచ్చారు. ఇందులో 4 శాతం మన విద్యార్థులు మోజుపడే అమెరికాకు చెందినవారు కావడం మరో విశేషం. కాగా నేపాల్ నుంచి 18%, ఇరాన్ 9%, అఫ్ఘానిస్థాన్ 8%, భూటాన్ నుంచి 5%, సూడాన్ నుంచి 4% మంది విద్యార్థులు ఉన్నారు. |

UGC designs degree courses in plumbing and carpentry
 Coimbatore, October 21: The University Grants Commission (UGC) has proposed a new degree course in vocational studies (B.Voc) from the coming academic year. The course is aimed at giving training in jobs like plumbing, carpentry and other vocation skills. The course is mainly be targeted at people who have discontinued their education after clearing Class 12 examination and want to obtain a degree in a vocation or a trade they practice. UGC vice-chairman, H Devaraj, who was in Coimbatore said the Commission has approved the degree and, polytechnic colleges and universities can start the course from the coming academic year. |

The University Grants Commission announces holding of the National Eligibility Test (NET) on 29th December 2013 (Sunday) for determining the eligibility of Indian nationals for the Eligibility for Assistant Professor only or Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and Eligibility for Assistant Professor both in Indian universities and colleges. UGC will conduct NET in 79 subjects including Santali new subject (listed under item no. 9) at 84 (Eighty Four, including five new centres) selected NET Coordinating Institutions (listed under Item no. 10) spread across the country.

JEE (Advanced)-2014 exam dates announced: For Admission to IITs and ISM
The exam schedule for JEE (Advanced) 2014 has been announced, which is an entrance test for admission to the undergraduate programs in Engineering, Architecture and Sciences at all IITs and ISM Dhanbad.
The first part of the exam i.e. JEE (Mains) 2014 is scheduled on 6 April and the second part of the Joint Entrance Examination i.e. JEE (Advanced) 2014 is scheduled on 25 May.
Eligibility
Top 1,50,000 (including all categories) attendants in the merit list of JEE (Mains) 2014 (Paper -1) will be eligible to write JEE (Advanced) 2014.
